The Hacks to Getting a Fuller Chest

Many people don’t that there are certain muscles that are overdeveloped in most people. Why should you care?

 

Because in most people, the lower chest is normally overdeveloped. 

 

This usually happens from daily activities, posture, or even just not focusing on upper chest movements. When you mix an overdeveloped lower chest with an underdeveloped upper chest, you get an empty looking chest. See for yourself—

Take a look at Andrew’s chest (left picture). You can see that while he has a muscular chest, it lacks fullness. If you look at Alex’s chest (right picture), you can see he has a more full-looking chest.

 

Now the picture above was just an example of what this common muscle imbalance can look like. Sometimes getting a full chest can boil down to genetics, posture, or the structure of your muscles.

 

With that being said, for most people, their lower chest is too big in comparison to their lower chest. Making their chest look less full.

 

Focusing more on your upper chest during your workouts will ultimately be the best hack for most people.
