Protein-Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

These chocolate peanut butter bites are not only sweet and satisfying but also provide a quick protein boost, making them an ideal snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • In a blender, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine flour-like consistency.
  • Add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the food processor. (Use sugar free syrup or other alternatives to reduce sugar intake)
  • Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • With clean hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to firm up.
  • Once chilled, these protein-packed bites are ready to enjoy!
