Greek Yogurt Power Bowl

Kickstart your day with this power bowl from the greek (yogurt) gods. Or even throw it into your day for a quick pick-me-up. You'll notice there are a lot of optional ingredients, this is because you can customize this snack to fit what you like.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (choose your favorite flavor)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons of granola
  • Half a scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • A sprinkle of chia seeds (optional)
  • Other toppings like nuts or fruit (optional)

Instructions:

- Start by choosing a flavor of Greek yogurt that you enjoy. Options like vanilla or honey work well, but you can choose any flavor you prefer.

 

- Take the yogurt and mix your protein powder into it.

 

- Take a serving glass or a bowl, and spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom.

 

- Add half of your fresh berries on top of the yogurt.

 

- Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola over the berries.

 

- Add the remaining Greek yogurt on top of the granola.

 

- Place the rest of the fresh berries over the yogurt.

 

- If you prefer a touch of extra sweetness, drizzle honey over the parfait. You can adjust the amount to your liking.

 

- For an extra nutritional boost, you can sprinkle chia seeds over the parfait.

 

- Use a long spoon to scoop down and get a little of everything in each bite.
