Air Fried Buffalo Chicken Wings

GOOD EATS

Who doesn't love chicken wings? Today we'll go over an amazing way to cook chicken wings, throwing out the extra calories. Are you a drum or a flats person?

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

2. Prepare Chicken Wings:

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Air Fry:

Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

4. Coat with Buffalo Sauce:

Once the chicken wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

5. Serve:

Serve the buffalo chicken wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and crunchy veggies on the side.
